Eligibility for Mechanical Engineering
For students to apply for B.Tech courses in Mechanical stream, they must have finished their higher secondary examination from a recognized board with an aggregate of 50%. Admissions in national universities are accepted based on the results of National level entrance exams. Some universities also accept direct applications based on the student’s merit or based on their specific entrance exams.
For postgraduate exams, the candidate must have completed his B.Tech in Engineering and Technology from a recognized university, with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% aggregate score.
