Undoubtedly, the conventional learning and coaching system for exams such as JEE and NEET help candidates prepare the right way. But online coaching has also proven to be equally beneficial in terms of convenience and quality of understanding concepts. After this COVID-19 pandemic, when coaching centres were closed, the only option that helped students continue their NEET and JEE preparation from the safety of their home was ONLINE CLASSES.

Further, for the students who are not satisfied with the traditional classes or don’t have access to quality coaching near them, online classes have become a breath of fresh air. Here are some of the benefits of online learning for exams like JEE and NEET.

Self-Paced Learning

Every student has a different understanding and learning speed; while one candidate can understand the same concept just in a few minutes, the other might take days. Due to this, candidates often find it difficult to move in pace with the teachers in coaching institutes. Learning online by watching the recorded video lectures can help with this problem as you can watch the lectures as many times as you want to master a topic.

Your timetable will stay intact while you prepare at your own pace. In coaching institutes, you have to maintain a similar pace as that of the faculty. Any break in the rhythm with the faculty can cost big to the aspirants preparing for highly competitive exams like JEE and NEET where every minute makes a huge difference.

Easy accessibility

In traditional coaching, aspirants have to go to the coaching centres to attend classes. They tend to waste more time and energy in movement. Every minute of their time is valuable while preparing for prestigious exams like JEE and NEET.

Opting for online classes can help save travelling time which can be invested in studies. Moreover, students can attend lectures from anywhere. They just need to have an active internet connection with a PC, laptop or a smartphone.

Sometimes a student is unwell which forbids him from attending classes. In such a situation, online learning gives them an opportunity to attend classes from the comfort of their homes. They can even attend the missed lectures by watching the recording of the live online classes.

Complete syllabus coverage at lower cost

Just like the coaching institutes, online learning platforms cover the entire syllabus in a required manner. Not only this, the students have the choice to either opt for the complete course or any subject, module or chapter they wish to study. This makes it a highly flexible option for those aiming to crack IIT JEE 2020 or NEET 2020.

Also, the fact that conventional campus coaching is expensive cannot be overlooked. Not everybody can afford to join the coaching institutes. Plus, dealing with homesickness and other drawbacks that come with shifting to another city can be avoided with online coaching.

Experts are always there to help you out

Every aspirant wishes to have an expert to clear their doubts, but that just doesn’t happen to everyone. Why? This is because having doubt sessions from experts costs you way more and not everyone can afford this fee.

The experts can’t deliver daily offline lectures to you. The coaching institutes follow a rigid time table and hence they plan the expert sessions accordingly.

However, with online coaching, you don’t face such kind of an issue. You have complete freedom to access the lecture from an expert on any topic at any time. Further, you can use your doubts anytime, anywhere during and after the class by downloading their mobile apps.

Practising with regular test series made easy

You are provided with regular test series in both online as well as offline coaching. But the major difference between the two is schedule and execution.

In coaching institutes, there are fixed time slots for tests to be conducted and it’s not necessary that you are prepared at that time. When you are not prepared to attempt the test, you end up scoring poor marks. This can deteriorate your self-confidence to an extent.

Online learning, on the other hand, allows you to take the test at your convenience. Prepare a topic, open the test series and you are good to go with that to check how well you have understood the concept.

However, online learning requires more discipline and focus on preparation. It is very easy to cheat on yourself and you have to avoid it. You have to be honest with yourself while preparing and attempting the test online.

Ease developed for JEE and NEET exams

Competitive exams such as JEE have become online. Therefore, practising online will make the student well-versed with various nuances and help in boosting confidence when they actually appear for the exam.

Time management and being accustomed to online exams are amongst the decisive factors in competitive exams. Online preparation will give you an edge over those who prepared offline.

Bottom line

The availability of online learning for exams like IIT JEE and NEET exams have made it an easy bet for students who want to access quality education right at their home. The best part is that they can watch missed lectures too. Along with that, they can also watch previous lectures to clear their doubts.
